Massachusetts Probate and Estate Administration

Probate is the process by which a deceased person’s property, known as the estate, is passed to his or her heirs and/or people named in their will. Navigating through the probate process in the probate courts usually takes about a year. In addition, the process can be costly. Vickstrom Law, PC will counsel clients on avoiding probate as well as limiting the costs associated with this process.

We understand that the passing of a loved one is a time for grieving. You shouldn’t have to be burdened with complex legal matters.
